has the company already told you that it’s investigated your complaint fully?

By law, the company has to investigate your complaint fully – and it has up to eight weeks to do so. But if you remain unhappy with the company’s official reply at that stage, we might be able to step in.

We can look into complaints about many things – but not everything. So we’ll need you to fill in our complaint form, to see if we can help you.
