Increase to our award limits

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has confirmed an increase to our award limits from 1 April 2024.
Caversham Finance Limited, trading as BrightHouse, is in administration.

Unfortunately, when a business goes into administration we are required to stop considering complaints against it. So we’re unable to progress any new or existing complaints about Caversham Finance Limited, trading as BrightHouse.
We will be speaking to the administrators (Chris Laverty, Trevor O’Sullivan and Helen Dale of Grant Thornton UK LLP) about how best to pass over the complaints currently with our service. More information can be found on the BrightHouse website.
Borrowers who are experiencing financial difficulty in repaying their loans should contact BrightHouse to discuss their options.
