We can help small and medium-sized businesses, ‘micro-enterprises’, charities and trusts with complaints about most kinds of financial products and services provided in or from the UK. We have information on our micro-site for small and medium-sized businesses who want to make a complaint that explains in more detail who we can help, and the definitions we use.
For us to help, and before we start looking at a complaint, we usually need to ask you some questions and request relevant paperwork from you about things like your turnover and numbers of employees. If you are not sure if your complaint is one we can help with, just ask us.
