Welcome to the latest edition of Ombudsman News. In this edition, we highlight our Plans and Budget for 2024/25 and changes to our award limits. We also share details of roles we’re currently recruiting for.
We’re aware of news reports that the airline Flybe has entered administration.
Customers could be affected either through having booked flights through Flybe, or customers might be currently on a trip and have a flight home booked with Flybe.
We would advise customers to check their terms and conditions, the Flybe website and news reports for general advice on what you should do in these circumstances.

We would also advise customers to be wary of scams. If you are contacted by someone claiming that they are able to act to help you recover your money, it may be a scam.
We will update this advice as and when further information becomes available.
