our series of training-events for community and advice workers
We think it’s crucial advice and support workers know about the ombudsman service and the ways in which we help consumers who experience problems with financial businesses.
To help achieve this we run training events around the UK giving people who work in consumer and voluntary groups the opportunity to learn more about our work and what we do to help resolve complaints.
We are eager to welcome the widest range of community and advice workers at our training days. It is designed for all people who provide free debt or money advice and provides a perfect introduction to our service for all local support agencies.

Simply complete and return a booking form for the venue and date you want to attend. They’re listed below.
We’ll try to offer a place to everyone who wants to join us. If we’re oversubscribed we may have to restrict places so as many different agencies as possible may send someone along.
