Data published today shows how many complaints we received about financial businesses in the second half of 2024.
Today we’ve published a consultation on our future funding model.
This consultation is the latest step in the conversations we’ve been having about our plans for a future when PPI doesn’t dominate our caseload.
We’d really like to hear your thoughts. The consultation will be open until Tuesday 13 August.
