‘Buy now, pay later’ users will soon be able to bring complaints to the Financial Ombudsman

From 15 July, consumers can bring eligible complaints to us about BNPL agreements if they can't resolve things with their provider.
The Financial Ombudsman Service has today published its Feedback Statement on its Future Funding Discussion Paper.
The Future Funding Discussion Paper was published in June 2022. The Feedback Statement sets out the Financial Ombudsman’s response to submissions received on the Discussion Paper. Read the full Feedback Statement.
The Financial Ombudsman Service will publish a consultation on its plans and budget for 2023/24 in December.
