With most of our people working remotely, we’re working on existing cases and accepting new complaints. Our phone helpline hours have changed and we can’t currently accept post. We’re updating our website with the latest news.

We’ve published our regular data on complaints against named financial businesses that we handled between July and December 2019.

Our plans and budget for 2020/21

We’ve now published our plans and budget for 2020/21. In light of the Covid-19 crisis, we’ve adjusted our funding arrangements to reduce our costs to the businesses we cover.

Our new award limit

On 1 April, the maximum award we can tell businesses to pay rose to £355,000.
