The Financial Ombudsman’s Annual Report and Accounts 2020/21 has today been laid in Parliament.

The report covers the activity of the Financial Ombudsman for the 2020/21 financial year. It includes commentary from both our Chair and interim Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman on our performance during the year.
