We are aware of the recently announced news that Flybe has gone into administration.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has published advice to UK consumers impacted by Flybe entering administration on 28 January 2023.
Flybe has advised travellers who had flights booked with them to not travel to the airport unless you have arranged an alternate flight with another company.
If your purchase is not ATOL/ABTA covered or you incur additional costs because of Flybe entering administration, you can contact your bank or credit provider to see if you can make a section 75 or chargeback claim.
We have information on our website about how we can help if you’re unhappy with your bank or credit provider’s response.
