We'll keep in touch throughout the progress of your complaint, to let you know where you stand - so you shouldn't need to contact us to check on progress. But sometimes, you might want to get in touch with us - to let us know about a change in circumstances, for example.

If an investigator's been dealing with your complaint so far, it's usually best to contact them directly.

If you're unsure who to contact, you can call our consumer helpline Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (9am to 1pm on Saturday) on 0800 023 4567 - or 0800 121 6222 if your complaint is about PPI.
