We want to set a standard for gender equality for the financial services sector. We’re proud that half our people – including half our panel of ombudsmen – are women.
We’re signatories to HM Treasury’s Women In Finance Charter, under which we’ve set targets for achieving gender balance where we don’t already have it.
We also report on our gender pay gap under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
