When we look into these complaints, we consider things like whether the business applied their terms and conditions fairly - and whether the problem was caused by a business error.
If something's gone wrong, we'll consider whether someone's lost out as a result - and what the business needs to do to put things right. This could mean paying for any financial loss, or compensation for the inconvenience they might have caused.
