Festival refunds are not guaranteed so know your rights, warns the Financial Ombudsman Service
4 June 2026
As festival season gets going, many consumers may not understand their rights to getting their money back if things go wrong.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has released a statement about a legal challenge to the redress scheme for former British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS) members.
More information about the legal challenge can be found on the FCA’s website.
If former British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS) members have any concerns about their complaint and the time limits that may apply, we would recommend they complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service as soon as possible.
We have a dedicated team who are dealing with complaints involving the transfers out of the BSPS. You can contact us by email [email protected], or use our online complaint form or call our helpline.
