If you think a business has done something wrong, it's important they have a chance to respond to your concerns. Generally, financial businesses have up to eight weeks to respond to a complaint. 

If you're unhappy with their final response - or they haven't responded after eight weeks - we can look into things. And in some cases, we can look into things before a business gives their final answer - where both the business and their customer agree to our involvement.
