Yes – although we may need some information from you to check you have the authority to make the complaint.
For example, if you’re complaining on behalf of someone who’s died, we might ask to see a copy of the will and the grant of probate.
If you’re helping with someone’s complaint for some other reason – perhaps because English isn’t their first language – we’ll need for them to confirm they’re happy for us to talk to you.
