This three-hour workshop will give attendees an insight into the complaints the Financial Ombudsman Service sees about motor finance agreements and its approach to these complaints. The session will focus on the service’s approach to complaints about the quality and durability of goods, end of contract charges and affordability. The session will include case study discussions led by ombudsmen and senior case handlers from the ombudsman service.
