Of all the businesses covered by the ombudsman, fewer than one in ten had complaints referred to us last year. That gives a positive picture about how most businesses are treating their customers – including how they’re responding to any concerns.
On the other hand, businesses who don’t have much experience of our service might have questions about how we work. Our free, UK-wide workshops are a chance for smaller businesses to get the answers they need – and to share experiences and perspectives on complaints and the ombudsman.
