Data published today shows how many complaints we received about financial businesses in the second half of 2024.
We’ve been getting some questions about the recent computer troubles at several banks.

If you’re unhappy with how your bank deals with your problem, contact us at the Financial Ombudsman Service. We can usually get involved 15 days after you’ve raised your concerns with the bank – and sometimes even sooner.
