Today we have published our Plans and Budget for the 2026/27 financial year where we have set out our priorities for the next 12 months.

If you’re unhappy with how your bank deals with your problem, contact us at the Financial Ombudsman Service. We can usually get involved 15 days after you’ve raised your concerns with the bank – and sometimes even sooner.
