Today, we’ve published data that shows how many complaints we received about financial businesses in the first half of 2023.
Today we’ve published data showing how many complaints we received about individual businesses – and the uphold rate of those we resolved – between January and June 2020.
We received a total of just over 118,000 complaints in this period. PPI continues to be the most complained about product, with a total of almost 41,500 new complaints received in the first half of 2020. We upheld 31% of complaints in the consumers’ favour.
