Financial Ombudsman Service sees lowest complaint levels in two years

New cases coming to us have returned to complaint volumes last seen in 2023/24.
Today we’ve published data showing number of complaints we received between 1 October and 31 December 2020. We have also published data showing how many complaints we received about individual businesses between July and December 2020.
We received 112,845 enquiries and 72,498 complaints in this time. We upheld 28% of complaints we received.
