When we look into complaints about pensions, we consider things like the advice or information someone was given - or, if there's been a practical problem, what's happened and why.
If we decide something's gone wrong, we'll consider whether someone's lost out as a result - and what the business needs to do to put things right. This might mean paying an annuity at the rate that would have been applied if things hadn't gone wrong.
