This three-hour workshop will give attendees an insight into the complaints the Financial Ombudsman Service sees about the affordability of consumer credit agreements and its approach to these complaints. The session will focus on the ombudsman’s approach to affordability checks and repeat lending and will include discussions led by ombudsmen and senior case handlers from the ombudsman service.
