Now open: our plans and budget consultation for 2022/23

We’ve published a public consultation on our strategic plans and budget for 2022/23. It sets out the volume of complaints we expect to receive and resolve over the next financial year, and how we expect to fund our service. The consultation is open until 31 January 2022. Our action plan for changing and improving

We recently published an action plan focused on changing and improving the Financial Ombudsman Service, to deliver a better service for customers in a rapidly changing financial services environment. It focuses on five key themes and sets out how we will deliver for all our customers and provide fair and reasonable financial dispute resolution more quickly.
