Don’t get caught out by financial pitfalls

As students return to university after Christmas, we are urging them to be aware of financial pitfalls and make informed choices.
Today we’ve published data showing the number of complaints we received between October and December 2019.
Between 1 October and 31 December 2019 we received 195,851 new enquiries and 83,754 new complaints – with 9,160 complaints passed to an ombudsman for final decision. On average, we upheld 34% of the complaints we resolved. View the full data on our product complaints data page.
