Financial complaints have risen by 20% according to latest half-yearly data

Our newly published data shows the number of financial complaints received in the second half of 2023 rose by a fifth.
Today we’ve published data showing the number of complaints we received about individual businesses between 1 July and 31 December 2021.
We received a total of around 73,200 complaints in this period. We upheld 37% of complaints we received.
